Refund Policy

If you’ve made a good faith effort to go through the course and apply what you’ve learned—but it still didn’t work for you—we’ll honor your request.
We offer refunds within 30 days of purchase under the following conditions:
Course Completion: You must have completed at least 50% of the course, as tracked by our learning platform.
Community Participation: You must have participated meaningfully in our private Discord community (e.g., asking questions, joining discussions, or sharing your progress).
Application of Knowledge: You must provide reasonable evidence that you attempted to apply what you learned. This includes screenshots or a short video of your work, and feedback requests posted in the community.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
Lack of engagement (no significant course progress, community participation, or application attempt)
Repeat refund requests: If you’ve received a refund for any of our products in the past
Abuse or dishonesty, including falsified proof of participation
Change of mind, scheduling issues, or loss of interest
Failure to seek help: If you encountered challenges but never requested support via our community or help channels
Refund requests must be submitted via email to support@jamesnocode.com or through the chat widget in the course platform. All requests are reviewed within 7 business days, and all refund decisions are final.

Warranty Disclaimer
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your use of the Services.
Arbitration and Class Action Waiver
You agree that any disputes with us will be resolved by binding individual arbitration. You waive the right to participate in a class action lawsuit.
